The funky oneIt looks like a meat stick. It isn't one.
A meat stick is cooked and smoked in hours. Charcuterie is cured slowly for weeks until the flavor concentrates and the texture turns tender. Same shape. Different food.

Tender, not tough.
That's what slow-cured does.
Most sticks are cooked, so they're uniform all the way through. Ours are cured, so the outside firms up and the inside stays tender—closer to something you'd slice onto a board than grab at a checkout counter. The natural casing is edible. Rather not? It peels right off.

- 2Cured slowly in a natural casing until the flavor concentrates.
- 3Cut to stick size and sealed. No fridge until you open it.
Charcuterie in your desk drawer.
It shouldn’t work. It does.
Shelf-stable until opened. No knife, no board, no prep. Keep a pouch wherever the 3:17 crash usually finds you.

“Back for a second order.”
Everything people ask before the first box.
What's the texture compared to a regular meat stick?
Firmer outside, more tender inside. It's cured, not cooked, so it eats more like sliced charcuterie than a snap stick. The natural casing is edible and peels off if you'd rather.
How spicy is it?
Mild across the box. Chorizo carries smoked-paprika warmth, not heat. Jamón and Fuet are savory and peppery with no chili.
What's actually in each stick?
Chorizo: pork, pimentón, garlic, salt. Jamón: pork, Serrano ham, salt, oregano. Fuet: pork, black pepper, salt. 0g sugar in every flavor.
Where is it made?
Made in America, Spanish-style. The recipes and the slow-cure process are Spanish; production is in the US.
Does it need a fridge?
Not until opened. Sealed pouches are shelf-stable, so they live in a bag, a drawer or a carry-on.
